Main Lobby
Inspired by tree branches, the ceiling was designed in diagonal wooden louvre with hidden lamps right accross the whole lobby. We layered some part of the concrete finished floor with hexagonal wooden tile in random arrangement, starting from the bench cabana. Giving impression of tropical growth in urban concrete context. The front desk was designed in marble finish to give it luxurious yet natural look. Vertical artificial garden on the perforated metal backdrop panel also describe the tropical-urban contradiction.

Tropical Twist
This leased office space was designed in a more fun and dynamic experience for the visitors. In charge of designing the lobby area and private office floors for the owner, we decided to come up with a tropical twist throughout these whole are.

9th Floor Office Working Space
In another corner, next to the jogging track, a smaller lounge was designed in colourful array of padded modular sofas and arm chairs. These arrangement was to promote discussion and collaborative engagement between staff members. Promoting a more fun and dynamic work experience. A 120 metres length jogging track was designed to go around this whole floor.
On the left wing of the office, some hexagonal cubicles were designed to accommodate work that requires more focus. Two collaborative work space box were designed in the middle of this arrangement.

Giving it a more industrial look, the open office on 9th floor was designed with unfinished brick and shipping containers’ metal plate walls on concrete floors. Some structural columns were encased with treated tree bark and artificial branches to create 7 metres high artificial trees in this urban jungle office. This lounge area was designed to be really dynamic with mix of bean bags, rattan swings and colourful padded arm chair.

For a more relax research and discussion, some cabanas were set up along the jogging track for people to rest and engage in casual discussion. As some people may think clearly after work out, this design was intended to facilitate people to be more active and collaborative.

On the other side, a communal pantry and dining was designed for shared use. Equipped with all standard electronic appliances for pantry, this area is perfect for accommodating staffs’ lunch break.

Directors meeting room
The meeting room was designed in monochromatic gray palette with massive 5 metres length ebony meeting table. Matching wooden louvre beneath also accentuated this whole room connecting it to the meeting lounge on the other side.

10th Floor Office Lobby & Lounge
The directors’ office floor on 10th floor has its own lobby and communal lounge. This semi public area was designed in a more futuristic, wave inspired, symbolizing innovation. The loose furnitures and sofas are more functional and simple with leather upholstery. Dominated with gray as basic palette and light wooden texture in the design. the whole arrangement gave this place a more spacious feel.
